Leicester City fans have reacted to Filip Benkovic’s injury blow against Wigan Athletic.

Brendan Rodgers’ side won 2-0 in the third round of the FA Cup and are now looking to fight on three fronts; they are second in the Premier League, face Aston Villa in the first leg of their EFL Cup semi-final on Wednesday, and remain in the hat in the aforementioned competition.

Benkovic has only played once for the club at senior level, in the EFL Cup tie against Fleetwood Town earlier this season.

And some supporters have expressed their disappointment at his setback.

However, others have claimed that Benkovic is simply too injury prone to be playing for the Foxes.
