The English winger suffered a knee injury in March and has not appeared for FC Seoul in nearly two months as he underwent surgery. Lingard, however, is recovering well and is on course to stage a comeback as he shared a video from one of his training sessions on social media.

Taking to Instagram, the ex-United star posted a couple of videos and photos from his training session while he also shared an inspirational quote that read, "Sometimes things go wrong just to get you right. Stop worrying about it and trust the process."

Since completing a sensational move to the K League in January, the 31-year-old has clocked just 105 minutes on the pitch for his new club. Seoul's coach Kim Ki-dong has also questioned his role in the team after he failed to find form in South Korea.
